How to Post

All you need to do is send in a picture and answer 3 questions like Savannah did here.

You don’t need to be in it … Please send along a picture of your favorite cheat meal with a sign that reads, “EatingLove.org.” It can be just the handwritten sign beside the food or you can be in it if you like. You can see more examples in the Reader’s Submissions section.

Just like on Savannah’s page the 3 questions inquiring minds want to know about you are:

1- Your Top Cravings
2- Your moments of weakness
3- Your best diet tip.

Please write as little or as much as you like for each.
